(January 3)–Houston-based litigation boutique Yetter Coleman has promoted Cam Barker and Jim Zucker to the partnership effective Jan. 1, 2014.
Barker, a University of Texas School of Law graduate, focuses his practice on appellate and complex commercial litigation. Before joining the firm, he was an appellate attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice, where he argued cases in the federal courts of appeals and briefed cases in the U.S. Supreme Court.
Zucker, a University of Virginia School of Law graduate, also focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Before practicing law, he was a member of Teach For America and served as an armor officer in the United States Army.
