Three partners from the Dallas litigation firm Rogge Dunn Group have set out on their own.
Joshua Iacuone, Greg McAllister and Chase Potter officially launched Iacuone McAllister Potter PLLC (IMcP) this month. McAllister told The Texas Lawbook the three lawyers realized they liked working together when they were on a few matters together over the past couple of years.
“Our practices complement each other,” McAllister said. “We are at a spot in our careers where we wanted to start our own firm.”
McAllister represents Texas executives in employment matters; Iacuone specializes in advising financial advisors and brokers on FINRA matters; and Potter guides entrepreneurs across the country through partnership and business disputes.
Recent successes for the trio include McAllister and Iacuone achieving a favorable verdict for their former CEO client in federal court in Sherman and Potter winning a business dispute in Tarrant County.
Prior to Rogge Dunn Group, McAllister practiced at Littler and Gruber Hurst. He has also served for more than a decade on the Dallas Bar Association’s Home Project committee, partnering with Habitat for Humanity to build new homes.
Iacuone’s career began in private practice at Figari & Davenport and included one year in-house at Southwest Airlines before he joined forces with Rogge Dunn at Clouse Dunn.
Potter worked at Strasburger & Price/Clark Hill for seven years before landing at the Rogge Dunn Group.
All three lawyers are alumni of SMU Dedman School of Law.
