Bradley Adds Veteran Trio From Chamberlain Hrdlicka

March 19, 2025 Nick Peck

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings announced Wednesday that it is adding three Texas-based lawyers, David Sheinbein, Jarrod Martin, and Michael Riordan, to its Houston office.

The trio joins the firm from Chamberlain Hrdlicka after each spent significant time working within the corporate and bankruptcy practices there.

“David and Jarrod are highly regarded additions to our firm, and we know they will enhance the depth and experience of our corporate and bankruptcy transactional teams in Houston. Michael also will be a terrific asset as we continue to expand our bankruptcy team for an even stronger foothold in what is typically the nation’s busiest bankruptcy docket,” James Collura, Bradley’s Houston office managing partner, said in a recent release.

In their new roles at Bradley, Sheinbein will serve as a partner in its corporate and securities practice group while Martin and Riordan will practice within the firm’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice group, Martin as a partner and Riordan as senior counsel.

Sheinbein, the longest-tenured of the three at Chamberlain Hrdlicka, worked at the firm for over 24 years, serving as a shareholder and working within its corporate, securities and finance group. He obtained his bachelor’s in Latin American studies and political science from Tulane in 1996, his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law in 1999 and his LLM in taxation from the University of Miami School of Law in 2000.

Martin, who spent just under five years with Chamberlain Hrdlicka as a shareholder and chair of its bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditor rights practice, obtained his bachelor’s in history from UCLA in 2005 and earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2009.

Riordan spent just under two years as a special counsel at Chamberlain Hrdlicka after more than nine years at Foley & Lardner. He earned a bachelor’s in physics from Texas Tech University in 2006 and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2009.
