(Aug. 19) – Norton Rose Fulbright partner Peggy Heeg was among the recent appointments by Texas Governor Greg Abbott to the Texas Lottery Commission. She will serve a term that expires on Feb. 1, 2019.
Heeg practices out of the firm’s Houston office. She serves on the board of directors of Eagle Rock Energy Partners and, prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, was the executive vice president and general counsel for El Paso Corporation.
In the same announcement, Abbott also appointed Carmen Arrieta-Candelaria, CFO and COO of Integrity Asset Management in El Paso, TX; Doug Lowe of the Lowe Law Firm in Palestine, TX; and Robert Rivera, vice president of public finance for Stephens, Inc. in Arlington, TX.
