Dykema Adds Corporate Finance Member Walter Dunn in Dallas

(July 12) – Dykema Cox Smith announced this week that corporate finance expert Walter Dunn has joined as a member in Dallas.

Dunn was previously at Womack Phelps Puryear Mayfield & McNeil in Jonesboro, Arkansas. His practice focuses on advising on contracts and agreements related to large construction projects in the energy sector such as coal-fired power plants and supporting facilities, gas extraction, gathering and processing facilities, ocean side terminals, storage facilities and nuclear power plants.

Dunn is the 14th addition to the firm’s Dallas office in the past 13 months.
