Cozen O’Connor Adds Dallas Patent Litigator

July 30, 2024 Brooks Igo

Cozen O’Connor announced Tuesday that patent litigator Bradley Liddle has joined the firm as a member.

Liddle was previously a partner at the Dallas litigation firm Carter Arnett Bennett & Perez. His practice includes representing clients in Inter-Partes Review proceedings and advising clients on patent licensing, portfolio mining, patent value assessments, and patent portfolio acquisitions.

“Patent litigation is rife across Texas, and adding a highly experienced, Texas-based IP litigator with the legal, business, and technical acumen Brad brings to the table is a major win, both for our litigation practice and our clients,” Kerry B. McTigue, co-chair of Cozen O’Connor’s IP practice, said in a press release.

Prior to his tenure at Carter Arnett, Liddle ran a multimillion-dollar patent licensing company for 11 years. Before pivoting to a career in the law, the Texas A&M grad started out as an aerospace engineer at Boeing, where he supported the International Space Station program and worked extensively with the Japanese and European Space Agencies.

Liddle received his law degree from what is now the Texas A&M University School of Law in 2010 and began his legal career at the Houston law firm Collins, Edmonds, Pogorzelski, Schlather, and Tower.
