Dallas commercial finance attorneys Alison Cross and Elaine Flores recently departed Clark Hill Strasburger for Oklahoma City law firm Phillips Murrah.
Cross and Flores join Phillips Murrah, which opened its Dallas office last year, as directors.
Cross advises national and regional banks, healthcare institutions, manufacturing companies and non-profits in commercial finance transactions. She also has experience with loan workouts and restructurings.
Flores’ practice includes the documentation and negotiation of credit facilities for both lenders and borrowers, including acquisitions, single bank and syndicated credit facilities, middle market and asset-based loans, construction financing and loan restructurings.
