(Feb. 22) – Dallas litigation law firm Gardner Haas PLLC recently announced that Jeremy Camp has joined the firm as a partner.

Camp, like firm founders Michael Gardner and Eric Haas, is an alumnus of Brewer Attorneys & Counselors, formerly Bicker & Brewer.

“I’m excited to join up with them,” he said. “They are passionate and have a forward-thinking approach to litigation and resolving disputes.”

Camp noted that one of the ways Gardner Haas is eliminating overhead and providing more value for clients is the firm’s emphasis on being more electronically savvy, including moving to the cloud and going paperless.

The SMU Dedman School of Law graduate says his time at the Brewer law firm provided him the opportunity to get in the courtroom. He focuses his litigation practice on merger and acquisition-related disputes, business torts, hospitality law and environmental litigation.

One of Camp’s biggest victories at trial includes obtaining a take-nothing judgment in federal court for 3M Co. in a dispute concerning the sale of a $854 million business. Prior to jumping to his new firm, he was involved in a $1 billion environmental dispute brought by the state of Minnesota against 3M.
