May 27, 2026 Elle Grinnell

Andrew Robbins, a maritime litigation partner, has joined Schouest, Bamdas, Soshea & BenMaier in Houston from Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani. Robbins will focus his practice on maritime law, including complex litigation involving vessel collisions, cargo disputes, wrongful deaths, environmental incidents and aviation matters, according to a news release.

Before joining SBSB, Robbins practiced at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, where he handled complex claims, construction defect disputes, business torts and maritime and energy- related litigation. His maritime and aviation practice has included matters involving air accidents, injuries and claims arising under the Oil Pollution Act of 1990. He also has experience advising clients on business transactions, commercial contracts and charter agreements.
