Brooks Tobin, a personal injury partner, has joined Sorrels Law in Houston. He will focus his practice on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation, according to a news release.
Before joining Sorrels Law, Tobin practiced at two plaintiffs’ firms, Spagnoletti Law Firm and the Ammons Law Firm, where he represented individuals and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, securing numerous multimillion-dollar recoveries.
Earlier in his career, he practiced commercial litigation at a Houston boutique and later worked in civil defense, representing corporate clients and insurers in complex disputes. He began his legal career as a judicial law clerk to U.S. District Judge Rolando Olvera for the Southern District of Texas.
