M&A Amounts ‘Staggering’ as 2026 Ends

Texas lawyers expect a busy final three months of 2026, as many indicators point up and to the right. Panelists at the UT Law M&A Institute, held at the Ritz-Carlton in Dallas, said on Thursday that they expect lots of deals to close before Dec. 31.

Rob Little, a Gibson Dunn dealmaker, said “the amounts are staggering” when asked about the deals he’s working on and what he expects through the end of the year.
