(Jan. 7) – Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr recently announced the addition of tax expert Dan Baucum as a shareholder in the firm’s Dallas office.

Baucum, who was previously at Cantey Hanger, currently serves as co-director of the State Bar of Texas Tax Section’s Leadership Academy and is chair of the Dallas Bar Association’s Tax Section.

“Dan brings with him a unique background with extensive knowledge and experience in both the government and private tax arenas,” Phil Appenzeller, CEO of Munsch Hardt, said in a statement. “His 10 years in Washington, D.C. give him insight into the inner working of the IRS and Treasury Department.”
