(April 23) – Thompson & Knight announced this week that Houston finance partner Cassandra Mott has been elected to the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Global Board of Directors as Director at Large. She will serve a one-year term beginning on Sept. 1 of this year.
Mott is currently a board member of the Houston chapter of ACG and recently completed her services as its president for 2013-2014. She is currently co-chairing the 2015 and 2016 ACG Texas Capital Connections, which is an annual event hosted by the Texas chapters of ACG.
At T&K, Mott represents lenders and borrowers in middle market finance transactions across a vast array of industries such as energy, healthcare, insurance, consumer products and manufacturing.
ACG is an international association of middle market private equity professionals, investment bankers, lenders and corporate leaders.
