(March 24) – Winstead said Thursday it has named commercial litigator Tom Van Arsdel as the new managing shareholder of the firm’s Houston office.
“I am looking forward to leading our team in Houston,” Van Arsdel said in a statement. “Winstead has enjoyed great successes in the Houston market and we are proud to represent the clients who make this region a dynamic and thriving market.”
Van Arsdel, who has been with Winstead since he graduated from law school in 1998, succeeds real estate shareholder Greg Erwin in his new role. As managing shareholder, Van Arsdel will lead efforts focused on growth and expansion in the Houston area, the firm statement said.
Van Arsdel represents clients in the banking, energy, land development, manufacturing, equity investment and sports and entertainment industries.
