Holland & Knight Gets Gerami Granello for Real Estate Practice

March 8, 2024 Brooks Igo

Holland & Knight announced recently it has added that Houston partner Gerami Granello to its real estate practice.

Granello was previously at Mayer Brown, where he practiced for two decades. The University of Texas School of Law graduate provides asset management and leasing representation to institutional real estate funds and advisors in connection with the ownership, operation, and management of their office, retail, and industrial real estate portfolios across the nation and in Latin America.

He has considerable experience working on office projects for technology companies, industrial distribution and fulfillment centers for e-commerce companies, and rooftop solar leasing and development. Granello has also advised banks, financial services firms, and energy companies in negotiating headquarter office leases and managing real estate portfolios.

“The firm’s commitment to growth in Texas, the depth of the real estate practice, the vast platform and resources, and the complementary capabilities of the attorneys at Holland & Knight will allow me to provide better and more comprehensive service to my clients,” Granello said in the firm’s press release.
