H.T. Flanagan Joins Kirkland & Ellis

Kirkland & Ellis announced Thursday that H.T. Flanagan has joined the firm as a partner in its debt finance Group. He arrives from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he has been since June 2023. He will work primarily in Kirkland’s Dallas office, while also spending significant time in the firm’s New York office. He is licensed to practice in Texas and New York. Flanagan earned his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
