(Aug. 18) – Hunton & Williams recently announced it is extending its lease at Fountain Place in downtown Dallas.
The terms of the 88,000 square foot lease are in effect through June 30, 2027. The Richmond, Va.-based firm will occupy floors 29, 30, 31 and 37.
“We have always been a fan of the building and we’re very excited about the significant improvements soon to be made by Goddard Investment Group,” Patrick Mitchell, managing partner of the Texas offices of Hunton & Williams, said in a press release. “Because of Goddard’s commitment and investment in this iconic property, we selected Fountain Place over a number of existing buildings in the Arts District and some that are scheduled to come online in the near term.”
