(Feb. 1) – Bell Nunnally & Martin announced Friday that it has promoted Kristopher Hill, Benjamin Riemer and Ross Williams to partner, effective Jan. 1.
All three of the newly-promoted partners at the Dallas-based firm have a litigation-oriented practice.
Hill, a graduate of Baylor Law School, focuses his practice on complex business disputes and trials involving business torts, trade secrets, contractual claims, fiduciary duty claims, non-compete matters and business divorces.
Riemer handles construction disputes, securities litigation, broker-dealer disputes, non-compete cases and business separations. He also counsels clients on legal issues facing businesses, investors and entrepreneurs.
Williams, a University of Texas School of Law graduate, focuses his practice on contract disputes, business torts, intellectual property and trademark infringement, Lanham Act claims and misappropriation of trade secrets litigation. He also advises creditors on promissory notes, guarantees, unpaid accounts and the foreclosure of secured properties.
