Polsinelli Strengthens Dallas Labor and Employment Practice

(June 21) – Polsinelli announced yesterday that the firm has added depth to its labor and employment practice in Dallas with a new shareholder and associate from Winstead.

Thomas Reddin, who joins as a shareholder, advises businesses and entrepreneurs on employment litigation matters including equal employment opportunity; trade secrets and unfair competition; federal and state wage and hour claims; wage/hour investigations and audits; workplace investigations; noncompetition, nonsolicitation and other restrictive covenant claims; discrimination, retaliation and whistleblower claims; internal complaints and investigations; and tort, commercial and other business claims.

Theanna Sedlock is joining the firm as an associate. Prior to practicing law, she was in the human resources department of the Crump Group, a national insurance company.
