(May 9) – The Rotary Club of Dallas and D CEO magazine named Weil’s Dallas office the winner of its 2014 Corporate Citizen of the Year in the Large Cap Corporation category, the firm announced yesterday. The firm was presented its award at the Rotary Club of Dallas meeting on Wednesday at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel’s Chaparral Club.
“We are proud to be honored with this prestigious award and to have supported the Dallas community since opening our office here more than 25 years ago,” Glenn West, managing partner of Weil’s Dallas office, said in a statement.
Weil’s Dallas office is a past winner of the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program’s Gold and Silver Awards recognizing pro bono service and the W. Frank Newton Award, the State Bar of Texas’ top law firm pro bono honor.
The Rotary Club selects an organization as its Corporate Citizen of the Year that best exemplifies its motto of “Service Above Self.”
