On Friday, Yetter Coleman became the latest law firm to match the Davis Polk associate pay scale.
In an email to The Texas Lawbook, the firm said it matched the $205,000 first-year associate salary as of July 1.
Yetter Colemans’ scale begins at $205,000 for its first-years — which includes class of 2020 and 2021— and increases to $365,000 for class of 2013 and older.
The firm’s announcement follows a handful of other Texas litigation boutiques who announced salary hikes for their associates last week.
