“Joyce is a phenomenal attorney whose experience with complex international trade regimes and sound commercial judgment is a perfect fit for our practice and of critical value to our clients as they face fast-evolving trade and national security regulations,” Vinson & Elkins Chair Keith Fullenweider said in the firm’s announcement.
On joining V&E, Adetutu said, “Few firms can match Vinson & Elkins’ collaborative culture, sophisticated client base and established reputation for providing high-level export controls and sanctions counsel to companies.”
