The move returns the Blank Rome attorney to his former firm, where he last served as counsel.
The hiring firm said the trio from Norton Rose Fulbright - including one partner and two senior counsel - positions it well for expected growth in the public infrastructure arena as the economy rebounds.

Cox, who is married to Northern District of Texas U.S. Attorney Erin Cox, was a lead lawyer representing Purdue Pharma in litigation over the opioid epidemic in Oklahoma and had been with the Lynn Pinker law firm for 23 years.
The new shareholder has in-house experience, including as general counsel at private equity-backed Northern Star Generation.
