The additions are part of the firm’s strategic growth plans for its finance practice.
Jefferies was at the top of the list for deal count followed by Houlihan Lokey and Goldman, according to Mergermarket data provided exclusively to The Texas Lawbook.
The two follow three V&E departures since the beginning of this year, including two attorneys to Perkins Coie's new office in Austin and one to Kirkland & Ellis in Houston.
