ABA Sues Education Dept. for Flip-flopping on Law School Loan Forgiveness Program

The nation’s largest legal organization filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday challenging the U.S. Education Department’s decision to retroactively refuse to honor loan forgiveness commitments to newly minted lawyers who worked full-time for greatly reduced wages providing legal assistance to immigrant children on the Texas border.
