(February 13) — Dallas-based tax boutique Meadows Collier hosted more than 600 guests at its 30-year anniversary celebration on Dec. 17 at the George W. Bush Presidential Center on Southern Methodist University’s campus.
Clients, friends and family of the firm were invited to enjoy all the museum has to offer, including a one-time special Christmas exhibit, a piece of the World Trade Center, an interactive Decision Points Theater and a full-scale replica of the Oval Office with a Resolute desk where guests could have their photo taken. A string quartet of music students from the University of North Texas provided the evening’s entertainment.
Meadows Collier was founded on Sept. 5, 1983, with 10 attorneys. Four of the firm’s founding partners are still practicing with the firm: Charles M. Meadows, Jr., Robert Don Collier, Thomas G. Hineman and Williams R. Cousins III. The 30-year-old firm now has 28 attorneys.
